If You’re Not Consistent, You’re Not Serious.

Ambitious people love intensity. They hate consistency.

They do a burst of outreach, attend an event, post for a week—then disappear for a month and call it “busy.”

The shift

Relationships don’t reward intensity. They reward reliability.

The weekly standard (15 minutes)

Once a week: 1 reach-up (someone ahead of you), 1 reach-across (a peer), 1 reach-down (someone earlier than you).

Three touches. Every week. No drama.

The rule

If you can’t maintain three touches a week, you’re not lacking strategy—you’re lacking priority.

Do it for 4 weeks. Track it. Don’t negotiate with yourself.
